We're working hard to fight for you and just filed a federal case with the goal to help all international students whose SEVIS and F1 status have been recently terminated.
Our lawyers are representing these plaintiffs for free. Please donate below to support the cause and help all the affected students.
On April 11, 2025, we filed a case in a federal court in California on behalf of four international students.
On April 15, 2025, we have filed a motion for temporary restraining order (TRO) that includes more than 600 pages of materials and evidence. Our goal is to seek a nationwide order to restore SEVIS status for all affected students without criminal conviction record. The motion and one of the key declarations can be downloaded below.
On April 16, 2025, the judge has ordered to hold a hearing at 11am on Monday (April 21). The hearing is public and will be at the federal courthouse at 450 Golden Gate Avenue, San Francisco. No video/audio recording or photography is permitted in the courthouse.
We expect the judge will issue a decision within several days after hearing.
Please continue supporting this cause for all affected students!
